Hiring a Communication/Development Director
 
 Job Function
Working with the executive team to: A) develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy designed to elevate the awareness of the Company in its service areas, i.e., social media, web site, TV/radio, collateral materials and B) working with Company staff and consultants, plan, develop, coordinate, and direct the fundraising/development activities for the Company. This shall include corporate and individual giving, special events, fundraising campaigns, capital projects, endowments, planned giving, and grants.
